Breathe the power of femininity, the power of love

I struggled from a young age with my own femininity...

Being kind, caring and small in height, I felt I was seen as being weak and fought against it.

Now I am 50 and I've been focusing the last couple of years on my own heart centre, with healing, love and the power of Breathwork from the heart. I now am embracing the softness and gentleness of femininity.

There is a very beautiful essence of quiet power and centeredness without the feeling or need to prove I am a strong person... This is the true beauty of the energy of the Lioness Medicine and the attached picture. Even for those of us that are not religious, the words illustrate this frequency perfectly 😍
